never heard of domania before,But trullia.com and cyberhomes do the same thing.  Cyber homes is supposed is supported by fidelity title and will hava sales comps.

Here are a couple more great sites:

www.realtytimes.com This one gives you inside information on local markets directly from local agants and brokers.

www.iggyshouse.com is the only site I have ever seen that lets sellers list properties on the MLS for free.
