You can also add that they want:

 - the history on the listing (how long has it been on the market and with what (if any) price reductions and offers

 - history or back ground of the sellers, with a bit of Google time, you can often get a pretty good picture of the owners that might help the buyers be better prepared in the negotiations stage

 - info on neighbors, neighborhood, etc.
