We currently have great little real estate company we love. 15 agents, 500 transactions, the newest agent started 13 months ago most of the team has been together for 6 years. We think our brand is cool, our website generates sick traffic and showing requests. Our clients love us almost as much we love them.
So now what? Four new markets, two states, 60 days. I have been dreaming of the prototypical company of the future and talking about it for years, now we will attempt to build the first part of that company in the next 60 days. That is a lot of licensing, board joining, website revamping, corporate registering, orientation taking, brand building and dreaming.
This will not be the ultimate dream we have the plans for, as most people that build we have budget constraints. That is why I am so excited, everyone has budget constraints these days! It is like real estate brand design on a dime!
