Jim,I love the different verbiage used across our great nation. Contingency w/Kickout must be what we call a bump period of say 24 or 48 hour warnings, right?

I payu a lot of attention to local terms in my real estate marketing and find out it pays off big time. In some areas new construction or new homes are called "New builds!" I use these for keywords when doing my Internet marketing thing.
