At the site of the Arlington funeral home on Fairfax drive near the Arlington county central library was to be built a 12 story 125 unit condo complex. But from what I hear WCI the builder has filed bankruptcy. That doesn't mean the project is not going to be built but just not now.
There are plenty of resale condos in the area. In the last 90 days condos in Ballston such as The Chatham and Arlington Oaks have listed for $190,000 or more. Newer condos such as The Continental start at $270,000
Lexington Square and Hyde Park condo prices start around $300,000 The Hawthorn and The Residences at Liberty Center start around $390,000
The Ballston area condo fees range from $250 to $500 or more for the assisted living property The Jefferson
