I just received a very interesting email from a local Bergen County NJ magazine called 201, that wants to interview me about the social networking marketing that Real Estate agents are using in promoting their business's with lately.
I don't really consider myself an expert on this but I am flattered that they called on me to express my knowledge of this social phenomenon occurring in our industry.
Lisa was interviewed by this magazine way back in January of 2007 about the current state of the Real Estate Markets in our areas. I'm not sure if they found us through the Active Rain site or our other outside blogs. We were excited about this and it goes to show you that once you put yourself out on the net, people do find you.

Ahh how time flies. Remember that market?
I would have to say that at least 80% of our business is derived from our internet presence. It is a must to be on the internet in this ever changing and challenging market of up and coming new generation buyers that are tech savvy and want that instant gratification of having agents who are on the same plane as they are.
So what I meant to say after all this is my appreciation to Active Rain for supplying a platform/vehicle to get ourselves onto the internet in a big way. We are grateful and flattered by the excitement that this has brought to our business. And once it is published I will certainly let everyone know here in the Rain.
