Many time I have been when is the best time to get into real estate. My answer has always been, "There is no better time to consider a career in real estate." Why? Because there is always room for someone who wants to work. The reality of the real estate market is that no matter what the economy one third of the agents are working, one third of the agents are just getting into real estate and learning the business and one third are always leaving the business for one reason or another.
