Thanks Ginger! Yes I'm very thankful to be so busy. Between my staging projects and doing design work for an HGTV show things are hopping here in Portland! This townhome is an occupied property, which I know you have a lot in your area. Sometimes it's a bit more challenging to work with the homeowner's things but somehow it always comes together in the end.
