It's called TweetLister.com and it helps you automate your twitter posts about specific listings. The only downside is that if you do too many listings too often you seem to be breaking most of the unwritten social networking rules. It is a fine line between exposing the listing to your network and spamming your followers with unwanted listing posts. As some have recommended, you may want to set up a separate Twitter account to solely publicize listings.
