Low End of the Market is on FIRE here, how is it where YOU are?

Not sure how the market is in YOUR region, but here in South Orange County (Ca), the low end of the market ($150K to $400K) is on fire. I have presented several good offers recently, $90K down, over list price, with a well qualified buyer, conventional financing, only to be beaten out by offers over list price for CASH!

Where is all the cash coming from?

Is it the same in your market?
