I just wanted to take a moment to thank Metropolitan Consolidated Association of Realtors (MCAR) for putting on another wonderful event. The Affordable Housing Summit was an open forum question and answer session with representatives from Freddie Mac, MISDA, a counselor for a Southwest Detroit Housing organization, a representative from Countrywide that is now with Bank of America Home Loans and of course, Bank of America itself.
We had agents from all areas even some agents I know from the Port Sanilac and Lexington, Michigan area along with Macomb and Oakland agents. Truthfully, MCAR has so many wonderful "FREE" events that everyone should be taking advantage of these events. During these changing times, every event brings us more up to date on new programs and they are great FREE educational events and in our business and for our clients sakes, we should be learning whatever we can, whenever we can.
Think Positive....Dare to Dream....Expect to Succeed! Things will get better.
