Palms of Manasota

We are retiress mid-60s, very interested in the Palms of Manasota.  We live in Illinois, near St. Louis, and have not yet begun to sell our house.  We have not visited the Palms or the ladies of Care Blvd but hope to soon.  In the meantime, I want to learn everything I can  to help us  to make our move when we have sold our house.  We don't feel thatwe  necessarily want to own again and are wondering if any of the re-sales are for rent.  Once we decide what we are doing, we would be interested in very long-term rental.  Is that ever possible?  We are interested to know more about the monthly fee and any other added expenses that we may not be thinking about.  How can I find photos of those that are for sale?
