The 2009 real estate marketing model steams ahead.
It is energized by professional efforts and expertise. It requires demonstrating to, involving with and also empowering those with whom you converse in the particular real estate audience of your choice.
The 2009 real estate marketing model puts YOU at the center of the conversation (as Active Rain/Localism, Facebook, etc.)
Having discovered that social media outreach can connect you to a "warm network" it is fair to say (and this is especially true for niche market professionals) that social media marketing can be a fertile place .
Eco-All-Stars JUNE CHALLENGE encourages participants to capitalize on the 2009 Model. this summer 's FERTILE CHALLENGE asks participants to share their "best practices" for establishing a sustainable (even eco-friendly) presence in the social media network arena.
Participants enter the Challenge by Midnight , AUGUST 12th.
Winners will be announced on AUGUST 31st
The Rules and Regulations
YOU MUST:
1) Write a success story of at least 300 words. Include SUSTAINABLE WEB in the title.
2) Include relevant graphics and/or photos
3) Tell how something you learned from a social network or taught to a social network became a reality.
4) Check spelling and grammar
YOU MUST
5) Supply at least 3 sources of information ( links)
6) Supply at least 2 links to YOU at social networks to which you belong such as Facebook, LinkedIn.
7) Post your positive story to these three (3) Groups
a) Eco-All-Stars
b) Fraiche Aire
c) Dedicated Bloggers
8) Select two (2) other groups in which to post your story and post there.
9) TAG POSTS Eco-All-Stars JUNE Challenge 2009. Remember also to include SUSTAINABLE WEB in the title.
10) Include one or all of these links at some point in your post. These links can connect your readers with sites that can render social network members the opportunity to be socially conscious in action.
