16 Comments on Potomac Club in Woodbridge VA-It Always Takes a Team to Close A Deal
Congratulations on the kind of close you will remember fondly...later. I'm not working in your area, but if you put in links (email or phone number) to each of the team members they would be a lot easier to find for other agents, and I know they would probably appreciate the referral. It's not every day that a lawyer gets a pat on the back.
I love it when things like this come together...
awesome job!
Cindy, All your hard work came together with your entire "team" working towards the same goal. Congratulations for knowing how to guide everyone!
Great job! You hopefully will work with teams like this in the future. I am hoping to also.
Cindy, conrats on your settlement. It is great when everyone works towards the goal.
Cindy,
Yes, when everyone on the team does their job in a timely and professional manner---it works!
Sheila-I was just one cog in the wheel that made this deal finally close. I give credit all around!
Dave-I'll be writing a separate post on the gang at MBH Settlement later. They are always great to work with.
Margaret-when we hear stories of settlements coming apart at the last minute I wonder if everyone was working together or working for their own interests.
Tina-so far this year all of my settlements have been a terrific team effort. I think giving credit where credit is due is important.
Jen-sellers want their home in the SOLD column and buyers want to move in. If everyone keeps this in mind and doesn't let the "deal" get in the way everyone wins.
Cynthia-you are right. Professionalism will always win over trying to dominate someone else.
Cindy this is absolutely where "there is no I in team" applies. We as Realtors have to lt go of our own egos and work with others to get things done. That's not saying that it's always the Realtors, but it often starts there. You really did have a good team. Congrats!
Connie-this team worked well together. Today I closed another deal and it was a different "team" but the end results were the same. I'm always thankful at every closing for the effort that everyone brought to the table.
Hi Cindy - I spent the week in Southwest VA and was amazed at where the real estate market is! Glad your team is effective and working well!
Mary
Mary-our market is hopping. With lower prices and interest rates the buyers are making decisions.
