Home sales activity in Royal Highlands, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, NV has been active so far in 2007. Ten homes closed in the first quarter, compared to 6 (all in Glen Eagle) in the same period in 2006.

Existing resale inventory of 41 homes, (17 in Inverness and 24 in Glen Eagle), plus 5 homes with accepted offers) indicates there is about a one year supply. In order to get homes sold, it is important that they are priced correctly and in top showing condition. Royal Highlands at Southern Highlands is a gated community, with quick access to schools, parks and shopping, as well as the south Las Vegas Strip.

Glen Eagle is a 2-story collection from 2,162 to 2,548 square feet. Good job.  These stats are fundamental. 

I'm wondering if you netted the final SOLD amount accounting for seller incentive.  When I do that, the difference between list and sold is even larger.
