And I think it is a great day.
There was so much going on this day in Southport. I had a contract that I had to send off to the REO folks according to their specications. That is done and I will overnight it tomorrow.
Then I had an estate sale (of interior things that needed to be cleared out before I can market this property).
Next I had 2 BPO's to do the paperwork for and send over the the REO director.
I love being busy.
