What a difference a day makes.........

We have all experienced it; one day there is a storm brewing.  It is like the whole world is about to break forth in a massive storm.

There's a storm a brewin'

Problems with our clients, building inspections, financing contingencies and even buyer remorse what else could possibly go wrong?  Then the title company calls with a problem with the title, OMG could anything else possibly go wrong and then the phone rings and it is an upset seller wanting to cancel their listing.  We go home thinking the market sucks and why put up with all of these headaches, it's not worth it!

Then tomorrow comes...............What a difference a day makes!!!!!

Bright Skies

The sun is out and all is well!!  The phone is ringing with new buyers and sellers and a load of GREAT opportunities.

Sometimes all it takes is a still quiet morning and a cup of coffee on the deck to get your day off to a good start.  And a clear sky and the sun to go along with the coffee doesn't hurt either!

Today is the day, let's not waste it.  Have a GREAT day.

Don,

Great motivator. It all depends on whether you view the glass as half full or half empty.

It is true, Don. I think we all experience the stormy days and then the following sunshine, when you wonder "Did it really happen?" I love the first pic, the clouds, BTW.

After inspecting a house yesterday that sucked and blew, I am ready for a new day. Where is that runaway bulldozer when you need one?

Don you are right about that! We have all had those days. For some reason those things seem to happen more often when the sun isn't out too - LOL

I believe if you think it will be a good day it will be. Start by giving and what you will be given back will be 10 times as much as long as you give not expecting anything in return.

You must remember to never ask what could go wrong next, chances are tempting fate like that will cause you find out all too soon.

Don't you wish the critical public would have to try our jobs? They don't have a clue how much stress we endure, and how many fires we put out behind the scenes, and how long we can go without a pay check, and how we have to keep our attitudes right through it all.

I'm glad you were able to relax and re-focus =)

This too will pass and all will be well in Whoville, now exhale slowly......Ahh don't you feel better now?  Yes I agree, sometimes I think that there are those that should walk a half mile in our shoes.  But, alas that won't happen.
