Here's your one chance Fancy.......

Real Estate Agent with Prestige Properties

I will keep this quick and simple.  Here is your chance to provide input (that will actually get consideration) on what you would like to see from a real estate company as an agent.  I own my own company and I am always looking at ways to make it better for my agents.  I wish you all could come work for me but as we know that is not possible your input could be beneficial to other agents that do work for me.  Post your thoughts (serious ones) and thank you for participating.

Todd: I'm not one to give much advice, mostly because people won't take it and what makes me think I know anything?

Some things I can advise are that rookie agents take all the classes they can, go on their board websites and take any quizzes available, read and re-read: the state code as it deals with real estate, all the brokers forms, all the state board forms, and find a mentor and listen to that mentor.

I'm saying this because I would like to see rookies that have taken the time do these very accessible things before they be allowed to practice on the unsuspecting populace, and before they go hauling off and telling other agents and the public what they believe the proper practice of real estate to be. The end result might be informed agents with a sense of decorum and respect for cooperation in the marketpalce, which I believe are the bedrock of a strong REALTOR association. Oh, and donate to RPAC the Realtor Political Action Committee that lobbies for the interests of all agents both locally and nationally.

Resources, resources, resources (hmmmm, that's sorta like that old "location, location, location" isn't it)!

Hi

I am a part of a team which I love but I think it is critical that there not only be an "owner" but a coach.  Be able to see the forest not just the trees

Get them out of the office. Get them out there in the world to actually meet people.
