The market has heated up as well. We have been overwhelmed with the number of buyers and listings we have been taking out and helping lately. Thus I have not been able to blog as much. I digress. Business is great and I am excited at the possibilities available for first time home buyers as well as sellers looking to move up.
Historically, interest rates are at an all time low but are creeping up slowly. Now is still a great time to buy or sell. Either moving up or buying for the first time, now is a great time to make the move up to home ownership.
