Although the white picket fence comes in many forms nowadays, from condos to co-ops, from townhomes to bungalows, the dream is still a realistic one for American families this June, Homeownership Month.

"It's not just a platitude to say that this is the best time in years to buy real estate," says Tami Bonnell, President of the US Organization of EXIT Realty Corp. International. "The National Association of Homebuilders recently announced that housing affordability has jumped to its highest point in the past 18 years and the National Association of REALTORS® reported that existing home sales rose in April."

In order to address those questions, Ms Bonnell will be holding two free, half-hour webinars for the general public on Wednesday, June 24th at 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET. There will be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions during the sessions. Now anyone can ask an objective, experienced real estate executive for the real scoop - and get a straight answer. This is a must-attend event for anyone who is thinking of buying or selling real estate or wondering about where the market is going.

Here in the High Desert the Dream of Home Ownership is alive. Not without problems as

we are in a NON-Traditional market. Although most clients know they are getting a great

deal- we show them our REALIST Tax record: Home sold in 2006 $285000  Bank brought it

back into inventory 2009 for $125000 it is listed for  $95000.

Great Deal.  $8000 tax credit, 1990 prices for homes, Low interest rates. Homes affordable to

the real earning income of buyer.

We face the problem that our CAR Winforms are written for Traditional market and not

REO Market.  Buyers beware the REO Bank will take back as  many of your rights as they

can.

Great idea Tami!  I love how EXIT reaches out to people on a more personal level than the traditional TV commercials.  After all, in today's market, information is not merely power, it can be the difference between finding that rare gem that just needs a bit of polishing and getting stuck with a lump of coal!

Best of luck Tami!  I will pass this onto to all of my agents.  I seriously believe that we will not see a better time to buy in our lifetimes.  Sellers moving up or down need to understand that they may have to give up $30,000 to $50,000 on their sale, but when they are gaining $60,000 to $100,000 on their purchase, they are making twice as much as they are losing.   NOW is the time to buy!

Great Information Tami,

EXIT is the solution to the tired model that most agents are forced to work under. 

As a former COO of a medical device company, I know the investment we made in our sales people.  When I came into the real estate industry a year ago...I was really concerned with what I found.
