Oglethorpe County, Ga showed the second consecutive rise in the 12 month sliding average of residential sales in over a year. Unlike last months one unit increase, this month showed a 10% increase in volume over April.  

While the median sales price remained constant, the average sales price showed an increase of over $2000. The only slightly negative indicater is that the Days on Market (D.O.M.) increased by 5%.

Residential sales include the sale of single family residences, condos, townhomes, mobile and modular homes.

The Oglethorpe Count pending residential sales at the end of May totals 24 units.
