Connie, we especially hear this in trying to rent out our vacation rental. Almost every inquiry "wants a deal", so clearly there are landlords making it happen for next to nothing. OUCH!

In business it's the "hairdresser" story. Free this time and I'll use you for all of my listings...yeah right.

This is so funny, and so true! Next time someone tries any one of these tactics on me, I'll think of this video. I've seen them all too.
