Hi Gail, Thanks for the info on Fawn Lake. We are seeing many of our areas' sales picking up quite a bit around here. It does seem that the homes priced over $300K are moving a bit slower that lower priced properties.

Gail, it is tremendous how you sub-divide your market info into the smallest of segments. Very valuable for those looking in that area and proving once again that Gail is the LOCAL EXPERT.

Interesting info here in your market. Keep up the good work

Morning Sandy....Right you are about the price of what's selling. In Titusville we do well in the under $150K range. Fawn Lake, so pretty but so out of the market right now.

Thanks Gary....I'm always amazed when I tune in to the number of clicks and views I get on these market reports. Probably 15,000 - 20,000 in the past 1.5 years. Can't ignore that!
