Marc, that is very cool. I wonder with its range in the city if it will be free for the citizens or they will charge them.

Gary - My bad! I should of mentioned that it is FREE! That's what's so great about it. Pretty cool!!

FREE can be a good thing:) I would think this will help make things more efficient in that area.
