I have a home buyer looking a ONE YEAR RENTAL. One will commute to Omaha, the other to Lincoln so they'd something in the middle for both. Home should have AC and all appliances included. Rent must be less than $1,400 / month.

An acreage with an outbuilding would be ideal as they have a tractor and trailors to park on the property.
