Remember to please be kind!

 Remember to please be kind!

What happened to all the kind people in this world?

I seems like every where you go someone is budding in line, pulling in front of you with their car and just plain rude!

All I ever hear is I'm having a bad day, I am in a hurry, I am going to be late, Blah-blah-blah!

Some times I even find myself acting out with impatience, like I am the only one with problems and I say to myself come on Bob "Take it easy"

 Remember to please be kind!

Can you imagine what a world we live in if we went to the grocery line and everyone in front of us said, go ahead of me it's no problem!

What it would be like if everyone gave you the right away when your diving your car!

What it would be like if all people in front of you held the door or opened it for you!

What it would be like if people had manners like so many years ago, and they said thank you, your welcome and please?

What it would be like if bosses, parents, loved ones, friends, etc., mention to you that you are doing a wonderful job and gave you a great big pat on the back?

 Remember to please be kind!

I would like everyone to play a little game in the month of June just to see how different your day will be if you make a effort to be kind. And if you (bookmark this post) you can come back when you get back into the old groove, for a reminder.

Starting tomorrow I would everyone that has read this post to first of all pass it on to your friends at "The Rain" and friends so they can read it.

As soon as you get up every morning start thinking in your brain, I am going to be kind and go out of my way to be kind with my family, loved ones, friends, etc.

I am not going to let anyone pull me down or pull me into their web of negativeness.

Is Robert trying to brain wash you, (Yes) but it's a good brain wash and you will see right away how your days/ evenings will change right away.

 Remember to please be kind!

It is just the sign of the times.  I take a mindset that someones cat was kicked that morning and I will not allow it to get to me.  Lot of stress out there.....don't absorb it.

Hi VB, how is the birthday boy?

I try my best, and I can't agree with you more. I have had a tough few days, and rather got a bit testy last nite with someone who was out of line, making a tough situation worse, and was in general really pissing me off. But on the whole, I let people go in front of me and say my please and thank you's. But I will give your idea a big effort. Thanks!

Love that picture.

I try to kill people with kind deeds and words and they sometimes ask meif I am on anything. smiles.  I tell them I told myself I was waking up being kind to everyone just to make myself smile and hope it helps someone elses day.  I really wish it could be like you want. Not everyone thinks that way.

Bob, I think I am pretty good at this - I have an old boyfriend who complains that it is hard walking through a crowd with me because I let everyone in front of me and it takes forever to get anywhere... But, I do know there are times when I forget to be patient or kind on the phone - especially when I am getting bad service or they are telling me something I don't want to hear...  I will work on this for June - maybe it will become more of a habit...  good post.

Bob,

Everyone needs to be in the right frame of mind BEFORE they begin their day! Then they have a shot. We gotta pass along a little Dr Wayne Dyer or Eckardt Tolle Reading Material their way but these same people probably wouldn't have the time to give it anyway. Everyone needs to slow down and act kinder!

Bob, that was a wonderful post.  You are so right, when I do the nice things I feel so good and it relaxes me and makes me feel more human.  I live in a small town where drivers do not honk and it is amazing.  The last time I went back to LA I almost got run over and was given a not too nice jesture and then I remembered why I had moved away.

Last Saturday I opened a house  another office agents buyers  because they couldn't find her.  They were all in a panic and had to get in right away.  She was pretty surprised.  I just felt it was the right thing to do.  Thanks for the thoughts.

Bob, I like your photo, the pathway to the destiny of YOUR CHOICE... I did not know it was your birthday, Happy Birthday.

happy birthday

I have to admit I do remember to be kind and smile and let people go before however I do get upset when people do not. Infact your example of the market just happened to me yesterday, I needed to get just  apples and yogurt  that I had not picked up with my reguar shopping., so I went into the market at a busy time,BIG MISTAKE,but I was on the way home. Every lane including the express was 4deep if not more. I got behind a woman whose carriage was piled high and asked if she would mind if I got ahead, She say, Yes, I am in a hurry and these lanes are not moving.

I went to another aisle and there was another huge basket however the woman said "go ahead it's ok "I stood behind a young man with about a dozen items, he looked at me and said, "go ahead."

There are people who do remember to be kind, 2 out of 3, is not bad for my encountering in the food market,

I have bookmarked your blog to remind me not to forget to be kind, starting this moment.

Bob- That is an intriguing photograph that exhibits your talented eye. The balance is excellent, the colors very appealing to the eye, and food for thought.

There is too much to be grateful for in this world than to get angry at others throughout the day and in our passings.

Robert:  Thanks for the brainwash.....especially with the right statement.  In the crazy world we live in, it can be easy to fall into a straight forward, impatient mode.  Your post made me stop and think, slow down and remember what's it's truly about.  Have a great day!
