a foul wind that blows nobody good

I love the way those two lamps look, hanging down on either side of the medicine chest.

Yeah, they're lovely.

You know what's missing?

No, what?

A ceiling fan.

A ceiling fan?

A ceiling fan! It would add just the right touch in the bathroom. Finish it off, you know? A touch of class!

Hold on, I have just the thing. Let me get my glue gun.

There... whaddya think?

WOW - I looked 3x before I actually saw that fan.

I wonder if they keep a pole nearby to poke the buttons and change the speed? I wonder where the steam goes? I wonder if it will dry your hair while you are toweling off? I've got a lot of questions for the genius that installed this one :-)

Mike - I was wondering how (if) they change the speed to... I imagine that the owner of this classic, likes to see herself in the mirror with that "windblown" look.

Pretty funny solution to the foul wind issue in the powder room. Perhaps they could try this new-fangled device called an exhaust vent/fan??

Alan - Nothing says "class" quicker than an oscillating fan glued to the ceiling, but I guess we all know that old chestnut by now.

Now, Betina, why would they want to exhaust any of that delicate fragrance "out" of the bathroom, and into some other room in the house!?

Jason, if you have an oscillating fan glued to the ceiling of your bathroom... 'ya might be a redneck'.

That's just precious. It could serve as a built in hair dryer...or maybe the home inspection report called for the installation of a bathroom fan. and this was the seller's ingenious solution.

Why Alan, with a few staging items this could be a gem, it's quite lovely!

I might have to "disagree" with the "ingenious" part of it, Sandy

Alan... this is classy, and when they are ready to sell, I'm sure it will be listed as a special feature of the house...realy sets this home apart from the ones with hard-wired vent fans
