Uptown Charlotte

After my last CE class and watching the market I am hoping people will start to realize that sitting on the fence and continuing to wait should not be an option. Properties are beginning to go under contract and rates are starting to climb. In about 6 months we will be telling people "I told you so".

The Charlotte, NC market seems to be bouncing back. How about your area? I have spoken to a Broker in south Florida and she is working with 8 buyer clients! If that is the case it will become a domino affect.

I've had many first time buyers who have made it their goal to be in contract by the end of the summer. Inventory here in Columbus Ohio is still good, although there are bidding wars going on for any decent bank owned listing. HUD homes are selling like hot-cakes! My advice for prospective buyers: don't wait much longer, interest rates are inching up!

Mike, those who listen to their realtor will do alright; those who do not can pay more later if that is their choice.
