Charles, sounds like just what is needed. They found a niche and went for it. I know that this weekend when my back went out...I was ever so thankful that I had some different handicap areas in my home. It is something that the Baby Boomers will be looking at sooner rather than later.

Exactly. The fact that they already have modified floorplans and plan to have a certain number of handicap accessible units shows a lot of forethought.  We're going out to tour the models this week. -Charles
