My real estate marketing company DOM International USA is going to participate in the largest international property shows in Russia taking place in St. Petersburg (October) and Moscow (November). We represent US developers and real estate companies who are interested in discovering Russian buyer market. Our last shows in October/November of 2008 brought amazing results with up to 50% lead conversion rate. The Russians are still coming to buy in Florida, Boston and New York. I have 3 more families arrive on Monday. A very very modest investment produced over $5 million in sales for just two show participants.

This is what we are offering to real estate companies/brokers.

1. We understand that marketing budgets are tight these days, but what you want is actual buyers and sales. How can you get numerous Russian buyers at your office door here in US?

2. You don't have to be in Russia to do that. We can work together and represent you in our booth in St. Pete and Moscow. Your package will include property brochures/flyers interpreted and printed in Russian, your video presentation, business cards in Russian, interpreting services for Russian clients during the show and all miscellaneous work in Russian. We also help with travel arrangements and any necessary travel advice.

3. There are clear advantages to have exposure to Russian buyers: they don't need mortgages, conversion rate is high because Russians are very precise about what they want and don't waste time on just browsing. All of property shows are by invitation only, so there are no street walk in waste of timers there. Average attendance per show is 7,000-10,000 people. Number of participating companies - 200.

4. Please, do not compare this info to international property shows in London as an example. Most US participants were very frustrated with them and never got any serious business. We know that very well. There is a fundamental difference here: Russian property shows attract people who already made up their mind to buy property in other European countries and US. They have their budgets set already. The money is either in their company bank account in Europe as a rule or in cash in Russia. All of those people have major credit cards with very substancial credit lines. We had a very good experience with Russian buyers.

5. The entire marketing campaign including 2 international property shows in shared booths is only $1,000 per company/brokerage. If a company wants an exclusive booth, please contact for rates and terms.
