Condo living is great for those who don't want or need a yard to take care of for sure, Hannah. You definitely need to figure out what is the highest priority on your list before you decide what kind of home you want to purchase.

Oh Hannah, If condos weren't so expensive here, I'd be in one. I'm SO tired of taking care of a house, it's work..and more work and it never seems to end!

Heather ..Good point ..some condos have a small patch for gardening..but there is much to concider before you make a move..it is not for everyone..thank you
Janice...For those on the go with not alot of time it is perfect.but there are some lifestyles it would not fit..you must research before you buy..nice to see you..Thank you

Hannah--makes me want to sign up. Carefree sounds so good today. Do they cook, too? I have to teach tomorrow and we are having guests for dinner. Tonight I have a million things to do in preparation. for company. The teaching material is packed and ready to go. Have a good weekend.
