6 Comments on Raleigh, NC: Vacant land and building lots galore! Find it here
Mike, I like working land also but you are right you need to know what you are doing.
By the way for some reason you have some HTML script showing at the top of your blog.
Thanks, Marchel!
Unfortunately, (Or, fortunately?) I don't see any html running around loose...
Hmmmmm.?
Mike - great idea. Have you thought of doing an under $50,000 category as well? Most of the buildable lots/land under $50,000 is in areas like Wendell, Clayton, Fuquay-Varina, and other surrounding areas, but it's sure nice to see it all in one place.
Great points on buildability - that's one topic we get a lot of questions about!
Thanks, Penny.
Yes, there are several ways to slice it up. Makes it an ongoing project.
Good Info. I used to get a lot of calls for vacant land, but after doing a lot of research for people, they never bought it. Seems like they realized it's a lot harder than it looks.
Linda,
Thanks.
Everyone has to dabble at the dream, don't they?
