As you enter Green Cove Springs, Florida coming south on Highway 17, you cross over the Governor's Creek Bridge. To the left is a Public Boat Ramp just after the Recreational Center. There is parking for your vehicle and trailer.
Green Cove Springs is the County Seat for Clay County, which is just south of the City of Jacksonville, Florida.
Governors Creek is right at the St. Johns River, and is over a mile wide at the launch.
There are day docks.
Be sure to abide by the rules and be a safe boater.
Watch for Manatees.
