Hi Ryan, I agree - Growth Leader is a great product. I just wrote my second contract from a Growth Leader prospect yesterday...
Hi Ryan - I've experienced the same quick response any time I've had a quesiton about Growth Leader. Good luck with your prospects.

Morning Ryan....I've found with web leads the incubation period can be as much as 2 years. Watch out, I see an avalanche coming your way. Can you say assistant...LOL Have a fun weekend, always love to have you visit my blog :-)
Hi Ryan
Good to hear that you are having better luck than we did with Market Leader...our leads were very expensive on and ROI and practically of them were junk.
We were actually curious as to how they were procured, but never got any sound answers on what search terms were used.
Happy Holidays!
Anne
Anne, that is too bad that you had a poor experience. I haven't never been a proponent of pay-per click campaigns and since the Market Leader was free to me (aside from my time), it did bring in a lot of leads. With that said, I still haven't closed any sales from these leads.
Happy Holidays to you too.
Congratulations ont he feature, Ryan and a great endorsement for Market Leader.
Hi Ryan,
I have been thinking of joining Growth Leader. How has it been working out for you lately?
It's big waste of money and time... Had it since November 2009 and now it's July 2010. 0 results bunch of emails and wrong #'s. Also, my market dollars weren't being spend right so when I found out from their own employees and promised of resolving it, nothing happened. When they finaly switched me to a different location where they said I would have better luck. I actually started receiving lesser prospects. When I called they said it was a screw up and it will be fixed. Then I waited few more weeks and no resolution. I asked to be taken out of my contract because they couldn't perform and they wouldn't. Let's say it works for some and doesn't for others. If you are such a great company then you would let people out of their contract and proceed with your business. Instead of trying to milk dollars from a consumer who you can see by looking at their account that theirwas no success but bunch of mistakes by the company itself. When i signed up I told them that hey it's hard for me to spend this money because real estate business is down. You know what they told me this is the product... blah blah blah.. Now I am here 9 or so months later complaining like everybody else.... Although my business has picked up because of my own refferals and customer satisfaction. If I ran in in to a situation and the seller wasn't satisfied, I would let them out of their listing contract.
Hi ryan
Thanks for the post.
It is always interesting to read about someone else's experience with the product.
I have been on it for a year and have closed 3 so far.
