You are only hurting yourself if you don't actually read the posts

There it was as clear as the nose on my face....I am reading this mornings posts and every post, starting at the top...that I went to I saw the same individuals pasting the same information in a comment. It was obvious they had not even read the blog. Their pasting comment was the same for every post. Now this aggrevates me why??? Because there is so much great information from our fellow ARians....and to just want to rack up points, you are only short sheeting yourself.

Shame on you!! You are missing out.

I noticed this a year ago when I first started reading and commenting. I guess some are just in too big of a hurry to gets those points.........

I am always confused as to how to respond to the comments when the person has read my headline, and perhaps a line or two of copy, and commented. They have clearly missed the point and made a random comment that does not apply...wha..a...a..t....I...I...I don't know what to write...=o( Those comments are ALMOST as annoying as the ones you mentioned!

This goes on alot and probably always will. As you say they are only short changing themselves.

Hi Suzanne - That's one of the downsides of the point system. To some it's not about an exchange of ideas, but just keeping up in the points race.
