Don't Let This Happen To You!

By
Mortgage and Lending with Cognicorp Mortgage Banking Advisory

While we all agree our past clients represent our greatest asset for long term sustainability and income potential, often we take our past clients for granted.

This short video clip (The Break-Up) is a powerful metaphor representing what happens far to often between loan originators and their past clients.

The Break-Up' – is about the relationship between an advertiser (You) and a consumer (Past Client). They've agreed to meet in a restaurant. The man's feeling perfectly happy, until the woman makes a painful announcement: she wants a divorce. In the course of their conversation she makes it clear to him why she is leaving him. Subsequently, he makes it very clear that he doesn't have an empathic bone in his body. At the end of the movie the consumer walks away disappointed but determined. The advertiser stays behind alone.

Don't let this happen to you!

It is true that most advertisers don't even try to get their consumers.  I'm amazed that they are still as able to force feed us the stuff that they do!

Very cool video...  : )

That is something many of us take for granted.  Our past clients are Golden, but many don't take the time to nurture those relationships.

That video was a GREAT example of it.

Thanks for sharing!!

This video is so good.  It's amazing how different media can convey a message so well.  It's going to soon be, a video is worth  ten thousand words.
