My name is Michael Mansell, and I have moved into the wonderful world of Real Estate. I have been working for the past 8 years in the Tucson Inground Pool and Spa industry. I worked for both Patio Pools & Spas and Premier Pools & Spas. The last four years at Premier Pools & Spas were terrific working as a sale/design consultant. I prided myself on meeting and exceeding my clients needs. It was very important to me that each one of my clients were given the highest level of customer care and attention. In 2008 I received 84% of my business from direct referrals from past clients and friends. It was a fantastic year! This year, 2009, my wife and I decided that it was time to move into Real Estate. It was a hard decision at first because I was still doing so well in the Pool industry, but as soon as I got my real estate license from the State of Arizona, I knew that I had made the right move. I am loving every minute that I am helping my clients buy real estate! I have hit the ground running with many of my first clients coming directly from my referral base (my past pool clients!) I am very grateful to all of you that have trusted me with your friends and families and their Real Estate needs. I will always take care of them and treat them like they were my own friends or family.
I have decided to team up with my Brother-in-law, Louis Parrish, who has been in the Real Estate Business for over 13 years now. He is an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Tucson. He has been a wealth of knowledge to start my career. He is a master at listing and selling houses and land in Tucson. I have teamed up with Louis as his Lead Buyer's specialist. I primary focus is to help you find the right house at the best price for your needs.
