A Good Laugh with a Home Inspector

I just love Mike Stewart. He's with American Certified Homes Inspections and he does a great job, a wonderful report with color pictures and everything. We can access the report just hours after the inspection and he also sends a nicely binded report to my office too.

What I really love is his personality and he surely makes a home inspection fun as well as professional. I don't know about you guys but I need a relaxed bunch of people working with me ...and if they're dead heads i somehow manage to get them going..... at least a little bit :)

This video was taken last year at a home inspection but I met him this past Sunday for a home inspection for my buyers too. He had the flu and I still had bronchitis. What a pair. You really wouldn't have wanted to see that one....so enjoy the chuckle with me here......

Sally: I have been "off" for many, many years now. That is a major part of what has kept me going all these years...

Hi Sally! Are you sure that inspection was completed--properly!?! LOL Cute clip and I just KNOW he's embarrased--but, what an introduction to Active Rain!
