Thank you very much for the good information...just curious, but how do you handle objections from the senior's kids who tell mom and dad that this is bad loan because they are only thinking of themselves since they want to inherit a home with the smallest lien. thanks!

Well if they had the money to take care of there parents their would be no reason to do a reverse mortgage.  So you can tell them they can support their parent by A) Paying there parents bills now or if that is not financially possible B) paying it out of there future inheritance.  Because at the end of the day there concern should be with making their parent live out the reset of there lives as comfortably as possible.
