The Rush is On-Naples Sales Up 40%

Naples sales through May are up approximately 40% compared to last year!

They are led by foreclosures and short sales.

Sales prices are down and so is the inventory.

There have been 213 Pending Contracts the first week of June.

Naples residential real estate is "On Sale," and opportunities like this may not arise again in our lifetimes.

Good news Jim, We're seeing some of the same here on the East Coast. In fact the news reported that Palm Beach County sales were up a whopping 96%. A little more modest in my area of Martin County.
