I attending a very high society wedding in Nashville and it was a good eye opening experience.  I have been chatting with many of the people attending the wedding, most of whom are mega millionaires.  Their mindset is quite different than we see in the $500k to $2mm market, as these people are actively buying as much as they can. 

They understand quite well that we are in, perhaps, one of the greatest buying time period than we may ever see in our lifetimes.  They are looking to move themselves to levels beyond comprehension.  One I talked to was talking about buying a 40 story new vacant office building for $9mm dollars that cost over $50mm to build. 

I said, that is great, but what about trying to get tenants?  He said "who cares.....it's $9mm".  "If I don't find a tenant for 5 years, I am still set"   A bit mind boggling.....I just need $9mm just to throw out like that.
