Wow, tough call, but if that is the main reason (the exterior) and the rest is fabulous, then maybe you could offer a $5K credit to the buyer to put towards a new siding of their choice after closing ?
...sometimes if a buyer thinks they will get a $5K bonus, they suddenly can overlook the stone siding and will probably live with it.
Other than that it doesnt seem like they have enough money to remove it and put up a different siding ???
