Update on our rental home.
1. we are done except for a few minor details, it is ready to rent.
2. The family who were going to rent it are not, so it is available.
3. We are asking 965 a month in rent and last and deposit on it.
4. Dogs are ok, in fact it has a kennel run.
It looks really nice, I had really forgotten how nice it was! We all really pitched in and got it done!

So anyway now we are looking for renters who take care of their places the way we did when we were renters, I know they are out there. Our land lords loved us, we improved every place. ( one so much her charged an extra $200 a month for our unit in the duplex more than the others, mind you this was 15 years ago)
I know there are people out there who will really love the place and take good care of it too.
We would love referrals, so if you know anyone in Tacoma or who wants to move to Tacoma ( and you like them and you would rent to them yourself) Please send them our way. The place has 2 beds, a full bath, ( with clawfoot tub) A remodeled European style kitchen, a dog run, ( did I mention we accept dogs, on a case by case basis of course) a detached garage, a patio, parking for at least 6 cars, or could be also ad an RV or boat.
Rent is $965 a month ( not bad when rent on a studio apartment is easily $450-650 a month here in Tacoma.
