I knew I could count on you to get my Sunday morning off to a GREAT start!!

Gail,

What a great eye for the composition of the shot. Most photographers would have ignored the reflection which adds a complete other dimension to the picture. The colors go together amazingly well. Kudos.

Rich...Thank you so much! I don't usually go out so early, but this shot was taken at 7:30 a.m. just before leaving for Georgia last week. There was a calm I had not seen before, it was wonderful and this young Heron was simply picture perfect. I'm happy you like the shot, thanks again.

Hi Toula....The photos do look better framed, don't they. Debi Boucher did an easy tutorial on this subject, very helpful. Don't work too hard today, I'm going out late morning for the day :-)

Hi Tammy....LOL, as a matter of fact I just ordered my first 3 prints. One was on canvas and it's a little too light so I'm somewhat disappointed. The other 2 will be here this week. It's so important that what we see on our screens is accurate. DO THAT CALIBRATION!!!!

Hi Debou...he was free this time and was asking for treats. I had to explain that I can't do treats so we'll see how cooperative he is next time. Glad you like him, the print should be in this week, fingers crossed.

Hi Steve....I guess Debou let the cat out of the bag!!! We pay for posing, shameful isn't it ;-) I'm glad you like this shot, the bird itself is special to me as I thought I lost him when he fledged. But through examination of detail I'm convinced he's my first BabyBlue :-)

I really like www.copyscape.com, and I paid $5 and it includes my web-sites checked for copyright violations... and I get to put their "copyscape" logo at the bottom of each of my blogs & web pages!

Marchel....what a nice thing to say, I'm working at it and improving little by little. It's definitely an avocation for me.
