The correct answer to what you should be doing is that you should jump right back up on the horse, but make wiser decisions the next time to avoid another major fall.

Earl Bird is confident that real estate values will rise again.  As the interview was concluded, Earl said, "Real estate is always going to be hot. While things may be a little soft right now, there will always be people wanting to purchase new homes, others who are following their dreams and want to start a business of their own and those property investments that may be slow now will climb again.
