Just checking in with everyone to see what's new! I can tell you I had my first sale this week and feel like "Ground Hog day" has ended! For those of you that don't know what that means , it's a new day !!! I'm reenergized and feel like that old worm is turning. I would love to hear from anyone else how they feel about the market and what they are hearing from their customers. Any new specifics on their "hot buttons?"
We have started offering free finished basements(one bedroom, one bath, and one rec room) on specific lots in some of our communities in lieu of our BOGO(buy one option and get one free option of equal or lesser value) incentives. I think it's great that our Buyers have a choice for what's most important to them when they build therir home.
