What a charming little home for sale in Ft Worth. The price is amazing for a single family home compared to here, anyway!

Hi Karen Anne, this certainly looks more inviting than an apartment, and a very good price. With the first time home buyer credit, I would think this was a steal.

Mary: To be able to come home to a place like this rather than an apartment, and do it as about the same as apartment rent, and have Uncle Sam and Aunt Samantha give you $8,000 for a house-warming present... how could you refuse ?
