The average selling price is $ 688,654 and their final sale prices are within 5.1 % of the asking price --- VERY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER AREA's of the county.
Educate your buyers or they will miss out on some very good purchasing opportunities. NO ONE can market time --- but --- if you buy now and live in your newly purchased home, you will be profitable in the long run.
