Those are some startling numbers in Greely, HOLY COW!  Is it my imagination or is it really going from bad to worse?

These stats are great.  Greeley is eating up inventory and most that inventory is low end distressed homes.  Also the sales numbers are up over last years transactions.  It is bad but i think it is going from worse to less bad lol.

My bad Janna.  I should have included more stats about tranaction count this year vs last year.  I am sorry next time i will try to provide more info so that the assumptions being mad are based on greater info.  Sorry.
