People all around us are facing foreclosure. These people are our friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Some of those facing foreclosure are also facing bankruptcy and the same time - image how stressful that is!
The most important thing to remind people - those facing these crises, as well as those in the community at large - is that these things are simply material things. Family is the most imp0ortant thing that each of us have. We need to counsel people to keep the faith, to save money for the transition, and to make a concerted effort with their family ties - as it is family ties that keep us bound.
